Ethiopian snack: Dabo Kolo made from Teff

3 cups of Teff Flour
2 Eggs
4 tablespoons buckwheat Honey
1/2 a cup of olive oil (if you prefer butter, you can use butter.)
Mix the top product until it is firm.

Knead and roll dough between the hands to get the dough ready for cutting.  
After you finish kneading and rolling,
get sharp Scissors to cut the kneaded and rolled dough in to triangle or any shape you like.
Bake it for 30 minutes. (Usually this made with white wheat flour and fry.)
