Chiko (ጭኮ) for Coffee snack

Ethiopian Chiko (ጭኮ) Coffee snack

1 - Lightly roasted barley flour 2 - Add salt 3 - Use Ethiopian basil leaf or Koseret (ኮሰረት) to spice it up with butter. This makes it very light with out additional spice. Use fresh butter or use Ethiopian spiced butter 4 - Mix it and store it in a refrigerator until it hardens. 5 - Cut it in squares and serve with coffee.
